EAST CLEVELAND -- An alleged serial killer was briefly back in court Tuesday morning for a pretrial hearing.
Once in court, Michael Madison waived his right to a speedy trial.
The judge also granted a motion that permits Madison to wear civilian clothes at all future court proceedings.
Madison, 35, is accused of killing three women -- Shetisha Sheeley, Angela H. Deskins and Shirellda Terry -- whose bodies were found wrapped in plastic within the same East Cleveland neighborhood last month.
