CONCORD -- One couple is luckier than most. They picked the winning key that unlocked the YMCA Dream House.

Mike Caine was elated when the key opened the door to the house valued at $450,000 including all furnishings.

20 finalists in the Dream House drawing met at the house Sunday to see who would be the winner.

For the first time this year, the house included a nursery. It was fitting that Caine and his wife are expecting a child next month.

The Caine's currently live in Highland Heights.
