TJ Lane sentencing in Chardon school shooting

CHARDON -- The teenager who killed three students at Chardon High School last year is set to hear his punishment.

A judge will sentence T.J. Lane, now 18, on Tuesday on his guilty plea to aggravated murder and other charges. He could face life in prison.

Lane's guilty plea on Feb. 26 came on the eve of the anniversary of the attacks. Three students were killed and three were wounded, two seriously.

Lane wasn't subject to the death penalty because he was 17 at the time of the crimes.
