CLEVELAND -- Police are investigating a body found on the railroad tracks on the near east side.

Police and EMS were called to E. 26 and Lakeside Ave., around 7:39 a.m. Wednesday morning.     

When rescue crews arrived, they found the body.

Police are investigating.
