CLEVELAND -- You know him as the saxophone guy. Maurice Reedus, Jr. has been filling Cleveland's evening air with enchanting tunes and melodies for 18 years.

He says a few local police officers know him as trouble and have been harassing him.

"Two policemen, which are young guys, rookies, just totally disrespect me on the street. They handcuffed me in front of kids," Reedus said.

The charges were thrown out in court and Maurice says the police commander even gave him his home phone number in case it happens again.

That probably won't happen for awhile.

After he finishes shooting the documentary based on his life, he plans on taking his talents to South Beach. Reedus will be playing with a band and plans to stick around Miami for a while.

He says he gets treated much better on the road, but he'll be back because there really is no place like home.

"This is home, born and raised," said Reedus.
