CLEVELAND -- Flats East Bank Developers have secured commitments from seven new retail tenants.
The seven new retail tenants include BBR sports bar, The Been Market, Bing Bank dueling piano bar, Constantino's Cafe, East Bank News and Gift, FWD: night club and Panini's Bar and Grill.
These tenants will join Aloft Hotel, Toby Keith's Bar and Grill, Ken Stewart's, Lago, Flipside, and Willeyville.
The project is also home Ernst & Young, Tucker Ellis, CBRE, Northwestern Mutual, Wells Fargo, and Gilbane Building.
The developers of the $500 million Flats East Bank neighborhood are scheduled discuss the new tenants today and announce a Phase 2 ground breaking within the next few months, subject to financing.
