Cleveland: Man dies from injuries in overnight shooting

CLEVELAND -- Police are investigating a homicide on the city's east side.

Police responded to the area of Gruss Avenue near East 127th Place just after 1 a.m for reports of a man shot.

Police say the man was transported to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he later died from his injuries.

The victim's name has not been released.

It's not clear if police have a suspect.
