Coastal.com (owned by Coastal Prescription) hopes that offering free glasses for a limited time to new customers will help to earn your business. Not every pair is free nor is every prescription but at the worst you get free frames and just pay a shipping/handling fee.
The insurance and shipping/handling fee, which runs about $12 to $14 per order. It's absolutely worth it considering most frames are at least $50 and I love Coastal's customer service.
Also, despite what the original coupon claims, you only get the glasses free, shipping is not free. Only use coupon code OFFERSGFREE as the free shipping code will cancel this out.
