Cleveland firefighter injured in house fire

CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland firefighter was taken to the hospital after a fire overnight Wednesday.

Paramedics confirm the fire fighter was taken to Metro Health Medical Center with minor injuries and is in stable condition.

Crews were called to the home on Tampa Ave. about 1:45 a.m.. The home was vacant and crews were able to get the flames out quickly.

The cause of the fire is not known.
