CLEVELAND -- Euclid Avenue is back open after a burst pipe in the basement of a Case Western Reserve University Building flowed into the street.

Flooding in the basement of DeGrace Hall overflowed from the foundation into the street at Adelbert Road and Euclid Avenue.

University Circle Police had the eastbound lanes blocked.

DeGrace Hall is the biology building, housing classrooms and laboratories. The building opened in 1899.
