EAST CLEVELAND -- A man tattooed with praying hands is being sought on charges of attempted murder.
Anthony "Face" Willis, 31, is accused of firing nine shots at a neighbor during a dispute last June. The victim was hit several times. The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has named him Fugitive of the Week.
Willis has very distinctive tattoos, including praying hands in the middle of his upper chest, and a large, full-color dollar sign in the middle of his throat.
