FirstEnergy: 100,000 still without power

FirstEnergy crews are still working to restore power to more than 100,000 people in Northeast Ohio following Superstorm Sandy.

Cuyahoga County was the hardest hit in Northeast Ohio, 86,000 of the outages are in Cuyahoga County.   When factoring in customers in surroudning states includng Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the compay is working to restore service to 1.2 million people.
