The victim told the driver that he was more than 100 feet from the door and was within his legal right to post the signs.

The driver, 58-year-old John Pegley of Coventry Township, allegedly continued to shout at the victim and eventually thew a cup of coffee in his face.

Deputies issued Pegley a summons for assault, a first degree misdemeanor.
