Cleveland Weather: Partly cloudy, cool

After a record breaking October for rainfall for Cleveland and much of Northeast Ohio, expect drier weather this weekend. We could have a few showers, even snow flurries east. It will be cool though, with temperatures on both Saturday and Sunday only in the 40s.
