Akron/Canton: 72 in 1915

Mansfield:        70 in 1927

This warm-up will come to an end Monday, as a cold front pushes through the area, bringing rain showers and cool weather.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, breezy and even warmer, with near-record temperatures. Low 70s. Winds: S15-20 mph.

Sunday night: Increasing clouds, still breezy and mild. Mid 50s. Winds: S 20-25 mph.

Monday: Mostly cloudy, wet and windy has a cold front pushes through. Temperatures will lately only reach into the upper 50s/low 60s Monday morning and then fall throughout the day.

Monday night: Rain and snow showers are likely overnight into Tuesday morning. Cold. Low 30s.

Tuesday: Some lake effect snow showers are likely during the early morning hours east of Cleveland. Otherwise partly cloudy, and cool. Low 40s.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny and cool. Mid 40s.

Thursday: Mostly sunny.  Mid/upper 40s

Friday: Mostly sunny. Near 50.

Saturday: Mostly sunny. Low 50s.
